Vov!!

I love anything "Wachowski". So I was eagerly waiting for V for Vendetta for sometime now and lemme tell you I was not let down by the maestros. Though I wouldnot rate this alongside the mindboggling Matrix Trilogy, it did stir a lot of my grey cells.

The excellent points of the narrative being
- Awesome potrayal of V by Hugo Weaving and Evey by Natalie Portman
- Symbolisms/allusions - to Number 5 ( which is roman "V" ) [ I always like to see/read stuff which you can keep coming back to and discover something new on each such attempt ]
- Excellent dialogues [ This is NO surprise in W'ski bro' film ]
I will certainly rate the following dialogue to be among the best, which happens when V survives a flurry of bullets from Creedy and his men. It goes like this......

Creedy: Die! Die! Why won't you die?! ...Why won't you die?
V: Beneath this mask there is more than flesh. Beneath this mask there is an idea, Mr. Creedy, and ideas are bulletproof.

Truly it was a fitting adaptation of the comic character !!

Check this dialogue by V while introducing himself to Evey:

"VoilĂ ! In view, a humble vaudevillian veteran, cast vicariously as both victim and villain by the vicissitudes of Fate. This visage, no mere veneer of vanity, is it vestige of the vox populi, now vacant, vanished. However, this valorous visitation of a by-gone vexation, stands vivified, and has vowed to vanquish these venal and virulent vermin vanguarding vice and vouchsafing the violently vicious and voracious violation of volition. The only verdict is vengeance; a vendetta, held as a votive, not in vain, for the value and veracity of such shall one day vindicate the vigilant and the virtuous. Verily, this vichyssoise of verbiage veers most verbose so let me simply add that it's my very good honor to meet you and you may call me V. "

Boy!! a huge dose of "V" !! VOV!! Aint it ? [ Total of 40 words starting with V, the entire dialogue starts and ends with V !!]
